Do you sneak veggies into your kids smoothies?

    I don't 'sneak' them - spinach leaves a pretty telltale color.  I have thrown in a carrot before, though, it it was invisible.

  • Nope, I don't sneak it.  He ASKS for spinach in his smoothies.  Won't eat cooked or raw spinach though.  Only in smoothies and cupcakes.
