How do you make eating veggies fun for kids?

  • Hungrigyrl
As janemaynard stated, dip is always an enticer! We also give things fun names, like "Hulk Rice" for a broccoli rice dish, or calling broccoli "trees". Asparagus were Jack's Beanstalks, etc. It seemed to work for us around ages 3-4. I suggest you give it a try!
  • I let them pick a salad dressing to dip them in...and have them choose the veggies at the store. giving them buy-in makes them feel more grown up, which is always fun when you're little! :)
